- You should have a keen interest in mental health and in helping people to help themselves.
- One of your goals is to create a network of relaxation classes in your region, which will become part of a national network.

- Helping people experience the difference that Colour Breathing can make
- Training people making a career change to become Colour Breathing Practitioners
- Training existing therapists, carers, counsellors and life coaches to become Colour Breathing Practitioners.
- Training people in the Health, Education and Corporate sectors to encourage motivate and show people how to use and enjoy the benefits of Colour Breathing in the workplace and at home.
- Encouraging, inspiring and motivating your team of Practitioners.
- Developing the name of Colour Breathing in your region.
