Q: My daughter is studying for her finals this year; will CBRT help her concentrate and improve her memory ability?
|
| |
A: With any examinations, you need to be grounded but also have clarity of thought.
The CBRT technique will help her relax naturally and attain the calm state of mind required to read questions correctly and think through answers without panicking.

Q: I have tried to meditate on many occasions and every time have found it very difficult. Why should I believe that CBRT works?
|
| |
A: You don’t have to believe that it is going to work. If you really want to be relaxed, then it is worth trying various relaxation methods. The will to find relaxation comes from within and Clour Breathing disks are just one of the tools that can help you.

Q: Do children benefit from CBRT?
|
| |
A: Children respond very well to colour especially the very young – you only have to see in the shops babies’ brightly coloured toys and games. In the early days of Colour Breathing we trialled some disks with children in a “conductive education school “and the children responded really well to the Colour Breathing disks and still use them. (See “Colour Breathing people” on our home page.)
We have also worked with several State schools in different areas of the UK successfully using Colour Breathing products with children of various age ranges. (See “Colour Breathing educational” on our home page.

Q: Do you have to understand about the different parts of the body or energy centres to use the CBRT products?
|
| |
A: No, it’s not essential at all; but perhaps using the Colour Breathing Disks will make you inquisitive to learn more about them!
The image of the "Colour Breathing Body" shows you where you need to concentrate your breath and awareness. It is such a simple technique to learn and we have taught children as young as four how to relax themselves naturally.
