10. Q: How will CBRT help me?
A: People have found that looking at the colours helps them to relax their mood, and provide a calmness which in turn gives a sense of peace and clarity of thought.
11. Q: Who can use CBRT?
A: Literally anyone -our customers include Mr or Ms Average, schools, therapists, hospitals, clinics and large corporations. Colour Breathing can be used as an effective stress management training tool for individual or group work.
12. Q: Is it safe to drive or use machinery after using CBRT?
A: As with any form of relaxation therapy, you shouldn’t practice it whilst driving or using machinery – apart from they are quite safe and very efficient when placed next to your computer! If you look away from your computer every 10 minutes and focus on your Colour Breathing disks for a few seconds, they will relax your mind and eyes from the screen.

After completing a Colour Breathing relaxation session, we would recommend that you have a hot drink or glass of water and allow yourself ten minutes or so to adjust before driving a car or operating machinery.

13. Q: Will CBRT help me sleep better?
A: Yes, it could help if you are having difficulty sleeping. Try to breathe in the coloured disks you are most attracted to before falling to sleep.
14. Q: I am a very impatient person. Why should I try CBRT?
A: By admitting you have a tendency to be impatient, you are perhaps recognising a desire to learn to become calmer?

CBRT is a very simple process and technique to learn and you will benefit from learning how to relax yourself naturally.

15. Q: Can CBRT be used for group relaxation?
A: Yes. It can be beneficial to act with a group – some yoga teachers were involved with the colour breathing trials. These teachers wanted to use the disks with their classes. Feedback shows there have been excellent results.

All CBRT Practitioners are trained how to correctly use the CB Disks in a class or clinic situation for up to 20 people.

16. Q: I work in a retirement home where many of our residents find it difficult to relax. Can CBRT be used for older people and those living in Care Homes?
A: CBRT was very popular with the older people who were trial participants. They said that one of their main causes for stress is frustration in not being able to do what they physically once could.
17. Q: My husband gets very stressed at work. Will CBRT help him relax?
A: Yes, if he has the easel on his desk at work (near his computer) he can choose a colour each day that he is drawn to. Or, he can also look at a disk at night in the bathroom whilst relaxing in the bath. We have found the Colour Breathing Affirmation Cards to be very popular with both male and female managers in goal setting and achievement. (See corporate news items.)
18. Q: I am a Holistic Practitioner. Can I safely use CBRT with my clients and other techniques I am qualified to practice in?
A: Yes, Colour Breathing can add another dimension to your treatments and you can help your patient to relax before treatment by looking at the Colour Breathing Disks.

If you have a waiting room, your client can chose some Colour Breathing Affirmation Cards and focus on the positive messages.

19. Q: I practice yoga weekly. Will CBRT help me?
A: People who practise yoga on a regular basis often have an awareness of their energy centres and the Colour Breathing Disks have been found to help yoga practitioners become more aware of their physical bodies and energy centres.
