Alison Bourne
Alison Bourne is the inventor of the Colour Breathing Disks, CBRT (Colour Breathing Relaxation Technique) and the Colour Breathing products range.
Her aim is to "help people help themselves" using CBRT so they feel able to control any stress in their lives.
Since 1997 Alison has been totally dedicated to the growth of Colour Breathing. With a background in retail and wholesale management and a National Grocery Buyer including new product development, her relevant skills have enabled CBRT and Colour Breathing as a technique and brand to evolve.
Twenty years ago she qualified in Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology at the prestigious Raworth Centre in
Dorking, Surrey. After two years she became a Palliative Care Practitioner working as the Aromatherapist at her local hospice for six years. She has led meditation and personal development groups for more than twenty years and qualified in NLP in 2006.
Colour Breathing has been featured in both the national and international press, including The Mail on Sunday "YOU" Magazine, Sarah Stacey Health Notes, The NAPC Review, Healthy Magazine, Positive Health, Today's Therapist, Breathe Magazine and Spa Magazine. Alison Bourne has appeared on BBC Radio Four and Colour Breathing has featured in regional radio stations. She has written numerous pieces for several magazines and is due to become a regular columnist for a national magazine.
Alison has also created the Publishing House "Energy Press" and has direct input into the high quality of all Colour Breathing products. She is the Managing Director of The Worldwide Colour Breathing Company Limited.
The mission and goal of WCBC Ltd is to bring CBRT and Colour Breathing into worldwide acceptance as being "a valuable tool for self-help and relaxation for all ages".
