Stress in the workplace takes on many forms and people are always looking for new ways to relax safely during the working day. Colour Breathing is an ideal tool for businesses and corporations to offer their employees and reduce the level of stress-related sickness leave within their workforce. CBRT has also been found to increase concentration levels and awareness.
GP Surgeries
People go to see their doctor if they are physically or emotionally unwell. It has been said that 80% of GPs see their patients for stress related illnesses.
Our intention is to help GP surgeries provide free CBRT relaxation clinics for their patients.
Clinics and Hospitals
Professionals who use our range of CBRT products have found they add another dimension and skill set to their work practice.
Their patients have found the products helpful and instrumental to start their treatment in a positive way.
Palliative Care and Rest Homes
With life changing situations, people often feel "out of control" of their lives and any form of relaxation can be near impossible. CBRT has been found to be of positive benefit, even when used on a subliminal level, i.e. having the easel card stand on display in the room and the patient choosing which colour they would like to have in their “vision” for the day.
CBRT products have been found to be of benefit to individuals in hospital or rest homes.
Prisons
We are in the process of connecting with institutions and Prisons in the UK to pilot CBRT sessions. Stress management is essential in all institutions and CBRT can become part of this process.
