| Colour Breathing was created to give benefit to everyone, whatever their circumstances, age or gender. Below is a list of examples to illustrate a variety of situations where the use of Colour Breathing could be very beneficial.
In The Home Schools |

Stress in the workplace takes on many forms and people are always looking for new ways to relax safely during the working day. Colour Breathing is an ideal tool for businesses and corporations to offer their employees and reduce the level of stress-related sickness leave within their workforce. Colour Breathing has also been found to increase concentration levels and awareness.
GP Surgeries
People go to see their doctor if they are physically or emotionally unwell. It has been said that 80% of GPs see their patients for stress related illnesses. We are hoping to conduct further trials with GP surgeries and site some Colour Breathing easel cards in waiting rooms. Our initial trials will be based in the UK. If you are a GP practice and would like your surgery to participate in some trials, please contact us.
Clinics and Hospitals
Therapists who have used our initial range of Colour Breathing products have been delighted with them, as they have been found to add another dimension to their work practice. Their patients have found the products helpful, being able to start their treatment in such a positive way. If you are a hospital worker and are interested in using Colour Breathing products for patients’ pre and post surgery, please contact us.
Palliative Care and Rest Homes
With sudden life changing situations, people can often feel out of control of their lives and have difficulty in any form of relaxation. Colour Breathing has been found to be of positive benefit, even when used on a subliminal level, i.e. having the easel card stand on display in the room and the patient choosing which colour they would like to have in their “vision” for the day. Again, the packs of five easel cards will be of benefit to hospitals or rest homes where this form of subliminal colour therapy can work to great advantage.
Prisons
We are in the process of contacting HM Prisons in the UK to pilot some Colour Breathing sessions. Stress management is essential in institutions and Colour Breathing can help people relax themselves. We shall soon be offering the Colour Breathing easel cards for sale in packs of five for therapists to use in group situations. If you are a psychologist or counsellor who would like to use Colour Breathing products and perhaps become involved in our trials, please contact us.
